As a ServiceNow Administrator (Adv Specialist Service Management) you will be involved in the following tasks:

Areas of responsibilities:

1. End-to-End ownership of ITIL process and ServiceNow Products (complexity and number of Products vary).
2. Process efficiency analysis.
3. Explore and introduce new modules/processes/features.
4. Coordinate ServiceNow development activities.
5. Product owner/SPOC towards IT for enhancements in responsible service area.
6. Communicate and train the stakeholders on the tool and processes.
7. Support the maintenance of development and enhancement documentations.
8. Contribute to the productive efficiency of owned services.
9. Participate in ServiceNow Upgrades.
10. Advocate ServiceNow platform and standard ITIL processes in IT.
11. Coding, development and solution building.

Requirements:

1. Experience in administrating Service Now HR module.
2. Experience in ServiceNow coding and development.
3. Successful delivery against commitments and deadlines.
4. Experience in reporting and analysis.
5. High adherence to processes.
6. Result-oriented focus.
7. Understanding of the ITIL concept.
8. Analytical mindset.
