Job Overview :

As a Service Technician for SANY Cranes in Spain, you will be responsible for delivering technical expertise, maintenance, and repair services for our range of advanced cranes. Your role will involve on-site diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This position requires hands-on technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing outstanding service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Equipment Maintenance and Repair :
   Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various crane models, ensuring compliance with SANY’s quality standards.
   Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
2. On-Site Support :
   Travel to customer sites to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
   Provide emergency repair services when needed.
3. Customer Service :
   Serve as a technical advisor for customers, offering guidance on the operation, maintenance, and optimization of their equipment.
   Ensure effective communication and relationship-building with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
4. Technical Documentation :
   Maintain detailed records of maintenance, inspections, and repairs performed.
   Generate service reports for both internal and customer use.
5. Collaboration :
   Work closely with the SANY technical team to address complex issues and recommend improvements.
   Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest products and technologies.

Qualifications :

1. Education :
   Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience :
   Minimum 3 years of experience in servicing and repairing heavy equipment, preferably cranes or similar machinery.
3. Skills :
   Proficiency in hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
   Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
   Familiarity with crane control systems is a plus.
   Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Other Requirements :
Work in Madrid.
Willingness to travel frequently within Spain.
Valid driver’s license.
Proficient in English and Spanish.
