Vestas Mediterranean (MED) is an independent business unit within Vestas Wind Systems, responsible for the markets in the Mediterranean region, the Middle East, and Africa. Its goal is to develop these markets in sales, project completion, maintenance, and customer service.
The Service Department ensures optimal performance of our customers' wind farms, maintaining the highest levels of turbine efficiency throughout their entire lifecycle. As a Service Supervisor, you will supervise a team of 23 people in the North and South zones, managing maintenance contracts and ensuring the proper execution of operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation and compliance with quality and safety requirements
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients
• Manage and supervise maintenance contracts
• Oversee the resolution of failures and incidents in wind farms
• Handle operations area to ensure service efficiency
• Conduct frequent meetings with clients, requiring effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, in Industrial Engineering or a closely related technical field.

Experience:

• A minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role within maintenance in the wind energy sector or related industries.
• At least 1 year of experience in budget control and financial management for maintenance operations.
• Experience in supervising and overseeing teams for at least two years.

Skills:

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Skilled customer service orientation with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle complex situations.

Personal Qualities:

• Ability to respond to unexpected situations and effectively manage team dynamics.
• Skilled in analytical and communication tasks.
• Willingness to travel periodically as part of the job.

• Ability to track and manage maintenance contracts
• Highly proficient organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle high-level client interactions effectively

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency
• Minimum two years of experience supervising teams in a technical environment
• Experience in technical maintenance and troubleshooting
• Effective leadership skills with experience guiding teams and overseeing contracts
• Based in Pujalt or Flix (Catalan language is not required)
• On-site position (no remote work)
• No territorial mobility required
