Geotab is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Management Specialist with a passion for optimizing IT service delivery. With strong communication and coordination skills, you thrive in a collaborative environment, ensuring IT services run smoothly and efficiently. Your problem-solving and data analysis skills enable you to drive continuous improvement and maintain high service quality.
What You'll Do
As a Service Management Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and improving key Service Management processes, including Major Incident, Problem, Change, and Transition Management. You will collaborate with IT Delivery Teams, PMO, and other IT teams to ensure services meet their Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and business needs. By proactively monitoring service performance and implementing best practices, you will enhance service reliability and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
