We are looking for a SCRUM MASTER to join our Tech Team.

What will you do?

• You will be an ambassador for agile values and teach an agile mindset and agile frameworks.
• You will guide and coach product teams and support Product Owners to deliver continuous customer value.
• You will be a servant leader with a strong hands-on mentality – whatever impediments there might be for the product team, you will be there to remove them.
• You will be a collaborator by heart, with a strong sense of empathy, and equipped with extraordinary communication skills helping to overcome any conflict.
• You will be driven by continuous improvement and fostering new, creative solutions.
• You will work pragmatically and support teams to deliver high-quality solutions with speed.
• You will be an active member of the Lufthansa Group Agile Community.
• You will work in an international environment with a diverse team.

What you will need:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or working in an agile team.
• Agile mindset and have profound expertise in implementing agility in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of software development processes, dependencies, and digital products as well as methodologies and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
• Willingness to expand your comfort zone by sometimes leaving it.
• Very good command of the English language.
