SERVICE CENTER AGENT (m / f / d) in MALLORCA – Work where others go on holiday!

Are you looking for a new professional challenge in an international environment? For our office / call center on Mallorca, we are looking for motivated SERVICE CENTER AGENTS (m / f / d) for a deployment from APRIL 2025. Take the opportunity to look after German-speaking guests on the popular holiday island and to start your career in the tourism industry. YOUR TASKS AS A SERVICE CENTER AGENT (M / F / D) IN OUR OFFICE IN MALLORCA:

• Care of our German-speaking guests in Mallorca and Menorca by phone and email – offer first-class, friendly customer service.
• Support with challenges with airlines, transfers, and hotels – find efficient solutions and ensure that our guests are well looked after.
• Complaint management – professional handling of concerns and quick, satisfactory solutions for our guests.
• Editing of flight rebookings, hotel changes, and other requests to allow our guests flexible travel plans.
• Close collaboration with our teams in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the local tour guides – ensure a smooth service process.

Your profile:

• Communication strengths: You communicate in a friendly and clear manner with guests and partners.
• Linguistic proficiency: Fluent German skills are required, knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• Service orientation: You enjoy providing our guests with first-class service and show empathy.
• Solution-oriented: You tackle challenges confidently and find quick, practical solutions.
• Resilience: You remain calm even in changing and stressful situations and find effective solutions.
• Teamwork skills: You enjoy working in an international environment and maintain close cooperation with colleagues and partners on site.
• Individual responsibility: You work independently and are reliable.
• Flexibility: Shift work and weekend work are no problem for you – you value variety in your everyday work.
• Experience: Ideally, you have some experience in a call center or in the tourism industry.
• Technical understanding: You are proficient in MS Office and have a quick grasp of new systems.
• Cosmopolitanism: After your assignment in Mallorca, you are prepared to change your location for at least the winter season and work in another destination.

YOUR BENEFITS AS A SERVICE CENTER AGENT (M / F / D) IN MALLORCA:

• Permanent Swiss employment contract – benefit from low social security contributions and a 5-day week.
• Industry-standard remuneration: Starting salary of EUR 500 to EUR 700 net per month (depending on qualifications and experience), a monthly guaranteed commission of EUR 450 net, and a meal allowance of EUR 375 net.
