Contract : Permanent

Your missions :

The Financial and Administrative Manager oversees all tasks related to Finance for ATISA & Loiret Haëntjens Spain legal entities (main mission) and HR, Facility Management & IT Administrative tasks for the site (secondary mission).

Management

Establish and implement short and long-range Department goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.

Lead and develop a strong accounting and finance staff (3 people). Provide a high performance Corporate culture.

Ensure a regular collaboration with Tereos Corporate Commercial controlling team.

Financial analysis

Provide value-added financial reporting and analysis to support the Management in decision making.

Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of divisions and departments.

Accounting

Overall responsibility for all aspects of accounting functions, including all operational accounting and consolidation issues, in compliance with accounting principles.

Direct and coordinate Company financial planning and budget management functions including all financial forecasts.

Budget planning to be done in coordination with Commercial manager ATISA (HOS).

Reporting

Meeting the Company’s external and internal reporting obligations with accepted standards.

Ensure that processes, organization and financial systems are adapted to support the business.

Continue the development of the infrastructure of the global tax structure and once implemented, maintain the effectiveness of this structure, and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory tax requirements.

Capital Asset & Treasury

Manage and protect the Company’s financial and capital assets.

Enhance the effectiveness of treasury related process including cash management and risk management initiatives.

Audit & Control

Establish and maintain an effective system of internal controls that reflects “Best Practices” and complies with all applicable accounting requirements including the maintenance corporate accounting principles.

Actively and effectively manage the internal and external audit relationship.

HR, Facility Management & IT Administration for the site

Supervise tasks relating to personnel administration, general services and IT user support for the site.

Your profile :

Education Master level in Finance or Commercial studies.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance generalist positions.

Experience in People Management.

Mastery of financial processes, norms and techniques.

Financial analysis and presentation in a Business Partner posture to help Management’s decision making.

People Management.

Assertiveness and good communication.

Organized and good at coordinating.

Spanish is essential, high level of English is a requirement, knowledge of French is a plus.
