Our software has more than 10 years in the insurance market. We are seeking a dedicated and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team and contribute to our dynamic projects.

Job Description: As a UI/UX Designer at Qbind, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and interface of our cutting-edge software solutions. You will work collaboratively with a talented team, including back-end and front-end developers, testers, project managers, and our company’s founders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our software products.
2. Create user-friendly and efficient user experiences that meet the needs of our clients.
3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and user feedback.
4. Transform conceptual ideas into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
5. Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design improvements.
6. Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards across projects.
7. Work closely with developers to implement and refine designs.
8. Communicate design concepts effectively to non-design stakeholders.
9. Contribute to a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

1. Language: Proficiency in English is mandatory for effective communication within our international team.
2. Experience: Proven experience of at least 7 years in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing your work (mandatory). Experience in CRM and the insurance sector will be highly appreciated. Experience working with large multifunctional systems.
3. Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD to create and iterate on design concepts.
4. Interaction Design: Designing intuitive and responsive interactions that guide users through the software seamlessly, including transitions, animations, and micro-interactions.
5. Mobile Design: Understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles to create user interfaces that work well on various devices and screen sizes.
6. Accessibility: Familiarity with web accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG) to ensure that designs are inclusive and compliant with accessibility standards.
7. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify design challenges and come up with creative solutions to address them.
8. Business Acumen: Understanding the business goals and objectives of the insurtech company and aligning design decisions with those goals.
9. Teamwork and General Skills: High level of responsibility and ownership of your design projects. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Initiative to stay updated on industry trends and design best practices.
