Job Description: As a UI/UX Designer at Qbind, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and interface of our cutting-edge software solutions. You will work collaboratively with a talented team, including back-end and front-end developers, testers, project managers, and our company’s founders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our software products.
- Create user-friendly and efficient user experiences that meet the needs of our clients.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and user feedback.
- Transform conceptual ideas into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design improvements.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards across projects.
- Work closely with developers to implement and refine designs.
- Communicate design concepts effectively to non-design stakeholders.
- Contribute to a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Language: Proficiency in English is mandatory for effective communication within our international team.
- Experience: Proven experience of at least 7 years in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing your work (mandatory). Experience in CRM and the insurance sector will be highly appreciated. Experience working with large multifunctional systems.
- Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD to create and iterate on design concepts.
- Interaction Design: Designing intuitive and responsive interactions that guide users through the software seamlessly, including transitions, animations, and micro-interactions.
- Mobile Design: Understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles to create user interfaces that work well on various devices and screen sizes.
- Accessibility: Familiarity with web accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG) to ensure that designs are inclusive and compliant with accessibility standards.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify design challenges and come up with creative solutions to address them.
- Business Acumen: Understanding the business goals and objectives of the insurtech company and aligning design decisions with those goals.
- Teamwork and General Skills: High level of responsibility and ownership of your design projects. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Initiative to stay updated on industry trends and design best practices.
