If you are looking for a new challenge and would like to take part of international projects within a multinational IT firm, this is your opportunity. At NTT DATA, we are currently looking for a Senior System Infrastructure Engineer to join our International Organisations team in Barcelona. The candidate should be a professional to work for a European Public Agency, working in a dynamic environment that promotes technical diversity, knowledge, and professional growth. Mastering English is necessary, as well as full availability to travel.

The candidate will be involved in the deployment, administration, and troubleshooting of physical and virtual server infrastructures.

Required Skills:

1. Solid background and experience (minimum 2 years) on deploying and/or operating an infrastructure based on Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) or Kubernetes.
2. Experience (minimum 2 years) with Ansible automation.
3. Familiar with GitOps deployment strategies, by using ArgoCD.
4. Good understanding of server virtualisation technologies (VMware vSphere) and related storage solutions.
5. Familiarity with RHEL and scripting is a plus.
6. Exposure to infrastructure monitoring, Disaster Recovery practices, and backup procedures for virtual or bare-metal environments.
7. Create, contribute and review documentation related to virtual environments architecture and procedures.
8. ITIL knowledge is appreciated.
9. Comfortable when working on projects with strict delivery dates.

Optional Qualifications:

Any qualification on Red Hat OpenShift is much appreciated.

Requirements:

1. EU citizenship.
2. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in any other European language is a plus.
3. Availability to travel 50% of the time.
