These platforms, built through acquisitions, function as independent businesses within our global ecosystem. We’re on a mission to connect our PMS (Patient Management System) platforms seamlessly with the Docplanner marketplace, unlocking new revenue streams and enhancing the healthcare experience. You’ll be part of a global team managing PMS platforms across Poland, Spain, and Brazil—a small but impactful team with plenty of room to shape processes, drive innovation, and make a real impact. Leading strategic projects with a focus on data analytics and modelling, managing local and global teams, and ensuring successful project execution by resolving issues, tracking progress, and adjusting plans as necessary.
Managing project timelines and deliverables while liaising with key stakeholders (e.g., local PMS teams, product teams) to ensure alignment and smooth execution across multiple markets.
Data analysis and business modelling (SQL, BI tools, business analysis, forecasting) with a clear focus on actionable outcomes—ensuring insights drive product development, operational efficiencies, and revenue growth.
Applying machine learning to create models that predict future trends (e.g., decision trees, clustering), and ensuring you translate these insights into strategic decisions that benefit the business.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with in-market teams to ensure smooth processes, scalable products, and accurate pricing, while supporting the execution of cross-sell / upsell / churn / efficiency initiatives.
Playbook creation and scaling: Develop key tools, dashboards, and training to support local teams, ensuring they can successfully scale the PMS products and control performance.
Qualifications
You have 3-6 years of professional experience
You're fluent in English (any other languages - e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, etc. - is a plus!)
Ideally, you have an Engineering, Business, Data Science, Statistics, Math / Physics, Finance, or other quantitatively oriented educational background with solid business fundamentals.
Technical expertise in working with large data sets
Knowledge of Tableau / Power BI / other BI tools – the ability to edit / create dashboards.
Knowledge of SQL and experience in working with databases – e.g., from prior BI experience.
Desirable but not mandatory – knowledge and passion for data science (Python modelling experience; knowledge of the key data science algorithms: clustering, regression, decision trees, x-gradient boost, etc.)
Prior experience working in SaaS and/or marketplace business model (either as an operator, in consulting, or in investing capacity).
Ability to package insights and communicate with stakeholders / lead working sessions with larger teams.
Desirable: Proven experience in designing and implementing advanced analytics (data preparation, feature engineering, sample management, model validation, and productization).
Proven experience working with multicultural teams, demonstrated communication skills, and ability to navigate within a complex organization.
Demonstrated experience in collaborating with go-to-market, operations, data engineering, and product teams.
Location
We can hire remotely in Europe, with a preference for Madrid, Barcelona or other Spain.
