My client, an award-winning, remote-first innovator, is redefining B2B sales automation with failure-free, interactive, and personalized demos. They are looking for Senior and Staff Software Engineers to drive frontend excellence, mentor engineers, and shape their platform’s future.

• Infrastructure: Docker, AWS
• Focus: 75% frontend, 25% backend

• Lead & Innovate – Build high-performance, scalable frontend architectures.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering & technical leadership.
• Familiarity with backend functional languages (Elixir, ReScript, Haskell, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to simplify complexity.
• Passion for mentoring engineers & fostering technical excellence.
• Interest in functional programming or eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical concepts clearly.
