SaaS Consultant (SuccessFactors & Fieldglass)

We are looking for a SaaS Consultant (SuccessFactors & Fieldglass).

Location : Remote - Europe

Start Date : Immediate

Duration : 9 months with a possible 3-month extension

Contract Type : Subcontracting | freelance

Language : Advanced English required

Role Description :

We are looking for a SaaS Consultant with expertise in SuccessFactors and Fieldglass to collaborate with a public sector client related to the pharmaceutical and medical industry. The selected professional will be responsible for activating new functionalities, configuring modules, providing strategic consulting, and managing SAP support.

Responsibilities :

1. Activate new SuccessFactors and Fieldglass functionalities, assessing impact and benefits.
2. Configure and fine-tune processes in SuccessFactors (Onboarding, Time Tracking, Employee Central).
3. Oversee the integration of SuccessFactors and Fieldglass with other systems.
4. Manage SAP support cases to resolve issues.
5. Analyze new releases and recommend improvements.
6. Support the execution of updates and additional configurations.
7. Ensure proper document management in OpenText xECM for SuccessFactors.

Requirements :

1. Knowledge of integration and configuration management in SaaS environments.
2. Familiarity with OpenText xECM for SuccessFactors (desirable).
3. Ability to analyze new releases and suggest optimizations.
4. Experience in planning and executing updates.
5. Advanced English level (mandatory).
