Position : Customer Service Specialist (Maternity leave)

Main Purpose of Job: Customer Service – Order Entry, Inventory Management and field support.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Objectives:

• Customer Satisfaction
• Operation excellence
• Ensure all PO and non PO orders are processed accordingly
• Apply with procedures

Top Responsibilities:

• Order processing and follow through order fulfillment
• Promptly address customer and sales force queries on processed and in-process orders
• Monitor consignment stock levels and coordinate / follow up stock counts
• Compliance with local / Corporate policies and procedures
• Inventory management

Main Competences:

• Ability to deal with complaints tactfully, calmly and politely
• Team player
• Overcome obstacles
• Quality commitment

Minimum Requirements : Skills and Experience

• High school degree – preferred 2 years post high school
• Proficient in Order Processing software and Microsoft Word
• Superior customer-oriented telephone skills
• Basic product and cath lab processes knowledge
• Efficient record-keeping skills
• English - B2
