Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Angular Developer to join our dynamic team in Madrid. This hybrid position requires on-site work two days per week. If you have a strong background in front-end architecture, Angular development, and performance optimization, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

1. Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications using Angular.
2. Work closely with product managers, UI / UX designers, and backend engineers to create high-quality user experiences.
3. Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and promoting best practices.
4. Optimize performance, security, and maintainability of front-end applications.
5. Implement and maintain state management solutions (e.g., NgRx, Akita).
6. Collaborate in Agile / Scrum development processes.
7. Ensure unit and integration testing to maintain high code quality.

Requirements

1. University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience developing with Angular (latest versions preferred).
3. Expert knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS / SASS.
4. Strong experience with RxJS, state management (NgRx), and component-based architecture.
5. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
6. Solid understanding of testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma, Jest).
7. Experience with Git, CI / CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
8. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
