About the Role

We are currently searching for a Senior Shipping Coordinator.

About Your Responsibilities

1. Organizing and ordering domestic and international transport.
2. Negotiating transport prices.
3. Monitoring and controlling transport orders during their execution.
4. Cooperation with the Customs Agency and Customs Offices.
5. Customer service in English in connection with deliveries.
6. Organizing documents for the customer (ATR, EUR1, certificates of origin).

What You Need

1. Project shipping experience.
2. Cross country trade and shipment experience and sending to all locations around the world.
3. Knowledge of import and export rules and experience dealing with customs globally.
4. Courier / truck / sea / air transport experience.
5. Oversized cargo transport experience – beneficial if also coaster experience.
6. Experience in getting quotes and in negotiating with forwarders and in reaching agreement with them.
7. Fluency in English.
8. SAP experience is desirable but not mandatory.
