About the position:

As a Senior Scrum Master (+Python +Q&A +DB/SQL) at PASSNFLY, you will be responsible for:

• Teams: Managing multiple teams of 2-8 developers each, including internal (Core) and partner software company teams, distributed across locations and remote.
• Products: Managing multiple product lines (mostly microservices architecture), where a single product could have various parallel Sprints.
• Q&A: Running and improving our Q&A strategy, co-responsible with tech leads and product owners for stability and bug management.
• Python: Understanding code and reviewing commits for compliance with coding standards; integration and release/deploy could be an option.
• SQL/DB: Coordinating and Q&A data uploads or reporting non-application bugs for our data-driven products.
• Management: Running burndowns, retrospectives, sprints, and capacity planning.
• Career: Developing your skills and learning new things while working on a dynamic and innovative product that impacts our company's history.

Requirements:

• Min. 3+ years as Scrum Master
• Min. 2+ years with (Atlassian) JIRA
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Python Developer
• Knowledge of MySQL/MongoDB
• Able to communicate technical issues with developers and non-technical users
• Ability to multi-task and manage tasks with varying priorities
• Knowledge of RESTful API
• Knowledge of OOP / AOP / TDD
• Knowledge of GIT
• Experience in Refactoring
• Fluent English, both written and spoken

Nice to have:

• A scrum master certification by Scrum Alliance (or equivalent)
• Demonstrated experience in Python with Flask
• Experience with version control tools and continuous integration
• Knowledge of agile methodologies
• Being a “problem solver,” having a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a team
