Job Title: Full Stack Salesforce Developer

Location: Madrid (Remote) Approximately X1-2 monthly collaboration visits to Madrid Office or as often as you wish to be office based.

Due to significant demand for their services, and forecasted growth in the APAC region, we are looking to hire an experienced Full Stack Salesforce Developer.

Responsibilities of the Full Stack Developer / Salesforce Developer

• Develop custom solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) while adhering to high coding standards and ensuring very high quality and security requirements.
• Design and implement Mulesoft integrations between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Developing frontend solutions built on web components or angular.
• Utilize node.js for backend development tasks, such as building RESTful APIs and server side logic.
• Work closely with cross functional teams including Lead Engineer, Architect, Product Manager, and UI/UX team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with other developers in a team environment to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce developer, with a strong focus on Apex and Lightning Web Components development.
• Minimum 5 years as a node.js, python or Java developer.
• Experience working in a team environment with a strong emphasis on communication, teamwork, and meeting deadlines.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
• Understanding of backend cloud infrastructure like AWS or GCP.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Nice to have: Experience working with ISV (Independent Software Vendor) environments.
