About the Role
Location does not matter due to flexible & remote work - what really matters is a network of trusted clients.

Reporting Line: Regional Head of Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Materialize existing contacts/clients into new business.
  2. Develop new leads and build private investors and institutional client’s sales pipeline.
  3. Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set together with management.
  4. Monitor general developments of competition.
  5. Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
  6. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  7. Ensure the correct solutions and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  8. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
  9. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years in a sales role in the Capital Markets/Investment sector.
  2. 2+ years of proven experience in working and selling trading solutions to Private Clients and Institutional Investors.
  3. A valid business contact network to build a sales pipeline of private and institutional investors (HNWI, UHNWI, Private Wealth Management, Asset Managers, Fund Managers, Family Offices, etc.).
  4. Proven experience in financial service sales and key account management - providing solutions based on customer needs.
  5. Generally motivated for Sales (Hunting and New Business development) and highly energetic with a good sense of priorities and time management.
  6. Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
  7. Fluent English. Additional languages will be an asset.
  8. Great communication and presentation skills.
  9. Outstanding relationship building skills.
  10. Willingness to reach and exceed targets, overachiever mentality.
  11. Capability to work and succeed in the fast pace and ever-changing environment.
