What You'll Do:
As part of Criteo's Solutions Enablement team, you'll help shape our enablement strategy while empowering internal teams to effectively utilize and service our Commerce Yield platform. This role is perfect for someone who understands retailer needs, has experience driving change, and is passionate about making things better for everyone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of our enablement strategy for internal delivery teams working with retailers
- Partner with teams globally to understand their training and documentation needs
- Coordinate with Product and Product Marketing teams to ensure enablement materials align with product roadmaps and launches
- Identify gaps in current enablement resources (documentation & training materials) and proactively develop solutions
- Design comprehensive training programs that address real-world challenges our teams face
- Build and maintain relationships with internal customers across regions to understand evolving needs
- Create and maintain clear, practical content, including documentation and other formats
- Drive improvements in our knowledge base structure and content
- Lead training sessions and workshops that help internal teams make complex platform features accessible
- Mentor other team members and share best practices
- Champion initiatives that simplify and improve our ways of working
- Gather and analyze feedback to continuously improve our enablement materials
- Ensure our teams have the right resources at the right time to support our retailers effectively
