The Open Pricer Platform is used by major international logistics groups (parcel networks, road freight, e-commerce delivery). It is a key contributor to their financial performance through dynamic pricing. It also contributes to a sustainable supply chain by aiming to optimize the use of vehicles capacity.

We are an innovative European software company with offices in Paris, Barcelona, and Dubai. We are quickly expanding internationally to support several thousand users in 30+ countries.

Our technology is based on real-time analysis and modeling of large amounts of operational, financial, and sales data. Users access our platform either via our Web App or through APIs from other applications (CRM, Customer Portals, etc.).

Our R&D team is responsible for the ongoing development of the platform in order to deliver the best recommendations to our clients. It works closely with product management, pricing experts, data scientists, and our delivery team. We apply an agile development methodology and our technology stack includes: Agile Scrum, GitLab, Jira, Java, Spring, Hibernate, Bootstrap, Docker, Jenkins, PostgreSQL, Python, R, TensorFlow, Swagger.

Your Missions

• Develop new features and corresponding test scenarios, run the tests, and ensure quality standards are met;
• As a member of the Agile team, contribute to the grooming and planning of new features;
• Participate in collaboration with product management to define the product roadmap and design new features and modules of the Open Pricer platform;
• Contribute to project delivery by designing and implementing solutions to complex business issues.

To enable you to quickly build your skills on the Open Pricer platform and understand the business needs of our clients, you will receive a two-week training course on our pricing methodology and technology in our office in Paris.

Then, in parallel with development activities, you will actively participate in the implementation of the platform for one of our clients. At the end of this period, you will have an extended knowledge of how the platform works. You will receive additional training during workshops to continuously improve your knowledge of digital pricing and Open Pricer solutions.

Your Profile

• You graduated from an engineering school or equivalent.
• You have a general background in computer science and are interested in the applications of data science to improve business performance;
• You can quickly understand and analyze business requirements and translate them into software design specifications;
• You have good interpersonal skills and are a team player;
• You have at least 5 years of experience in JAVA and SQL;
• You have an analytical, logical, and rigorous mind;
• You know how to manage priorities and meet deadlines;
• You can communicate fluently in English.
• Knowledge of French, German, Spanish, or Portuguese is not mandatory but will be appreciated.
