Key Responsibilities

1. Budget Development & Management: Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
2. Financial Oversight: Oversee cost control measures and evaluate financial performance throughout project lifecycles.
3. Contract Administration: Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contractual and legal requirements.
4. Risk Analysis & Cost Optimization: Identify financial risks and implement cost optimization strategies.
5. Reporting & Feasibility Analysis: Prepare detailed feasibility reports and conduct regular economic performance evaluations.

Key Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
3. Proficiency in budgeting and cost management tools.
4. Experience in international projects and infrastructure.
5. Solid understanding of contract law and the ability to assess contract documents and requirements.
6. Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken).
7. Willingness to travel to Germany.
8. Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
9. Strong organizational and communication skills.
10. Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels (management, clients, vendors, etc.).
11. Eligibility to work in the European Union.

Desirable Qualifications

1. Previous experience in construction operations.
2. Familiarity with BIM and planning software.
3. Background in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Energy, Water & Wastewater, Nuclear, or Renewables.
