Job Description:

We are searching for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in SAP S/4HANA implementations to support the project team in delivering high-quality solutions for a leading multinational company in the health sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP methodologies and have a proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to delivery.

YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead the planning and implementation of programs and projects across multiple business lines to achieve strategic targets, including budgeting, resource management, and adherence to SAP best practices and methodologies.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals, while establishing and maintaining relationships with business leaders to enhance credibility and resolve issues.
3. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful execution, while managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
4. Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and external vendors, to ensure alignment and address potential project risks proactively.
5. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues, ensuring proactive management throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Monitor project success through metrics and reporting, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders, and contributing to the development of practices and tools to enhance organizational capabilities.
7. Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members to foster professional growth and development within the team.

WHO ARE YOU

1. Bachelor's/ Master’s in Business Administration, IT, Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
2. 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years focused on SAP S/4HANA.
3. Proven experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
4. Strong understanding of SAP modules and business processes (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing).
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Outcome-oriented mindset focused on driving successful project results.
7. Customer-centric approach to engage and enhance client satisfaction by co-creating solutions.
8. Proven ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel.
