About the position (role & team):
We're looking for a Senior Content Designer to join our product team and shape the voice of our B2B SaaS platform. You'll create user-centered content that transforms complex workflows into intuitive experiences, working at the intersection of design, product, and content strategy. This role offers the opportunity to impact how key personas in the public transportation industry interact with our product while leading content initiatives across multiple products and features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement content strategy across product interfaces, ensuring consistency and clarity in user flows, error messages, tooltips, and in-product guidance.
- Drive data-informed content decisions through user research and platform analytics.
- Champion accessibility and inclusive language practices across all product experiences.
- Create and maintain comprehensive content design systems, including voice and tone guidelines, content patterns, and component libraries.
- Mentor designers and provide strategic content guidance to cross-functional teams.
- Own every stage of the content cycle, from discovery and wireframes to shipping perfect customer-facing messaging, collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams.
- Establish content governance processes and best practices for the product organization.
- Build scalable content frameworks that support multiple products and features, supporting localization across international markets.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of UX writing experience, with demonstrated expertise in B2B SaaS products.
- Experience creating and maintaining content design systems and style guides.
- Proven track record of leading content strategy for complex product initiatives.
- Knowledge of localization processes and international content strategy.
- Expert knowledge of content design tools (e.g. Figma) and collaboration platforms.
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (native-level proficiency preferred).
- Fluency in Spanish.
- The candidate must be based in or willing to relocate to the San Sebastián area.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end content design work and measurable impact.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and automation to optimize content workflows, including prompt engineering, content validation, and the ability to build efficient processes.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
