The Role:

This is a unique and exciting role where you as a Senior Product Manager & Designer will have the opportunity to own the whole product cycle and start building an amazing career path towards leading a Product team in a growing scale-up.

You are going to design, define, and prioritise product features and enhancements based on HRTech market research, customer feedback, and business objectives, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment, also managing, monitoring, and breaking down analytics to guarantee a real product impact.

What you will do:

• Design, define, and prioritise product features.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, outlining key initiatives and milestones to achieve strategic goals and drive product evolution.
• Work very closely with the engineering team to execute the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality product releases, as well as with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences, iterating based on user feedback and usability testing.
• Gather and analyse market trends, competitive intelligence, and user insights to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
• Communicate product releases across the teams and support them in any product issues.
• Define and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor and analyse metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product performance and measure the impact of product initiatives on business outcomes.
• Communicate product updates, roadmap plans, and release schedules to internal stakeholders and external customers, managing expectations and addressing concerns proactively.

What we look for:

• Proven experience in Product roles.
• At least 5+ years of experience in Product Design (ideally HR Tech or Consumer Apps).
• Deep knowledge of clean UX/UI.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proactive and solution-oriented attitude towards new challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong self-management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
• A team player with a passion for collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Native or Professional English level.
