The Senior Producer executes the creative vision of the Head of Media Network for their market. They develop and execute individual content pieces and work closely with the Programming and Communications teams to meet audience objectives and the needs of the business. The Senior Producer collaborates with the local creative community to develop and produce content focused on strategic long form and live formats and is responsible for the biggest and most strategic projects. They are also responsible for research & development of new long, short, and serialized content formats. Their goal is to create content that will reach and engage key local audiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Areas that play to your strengths:

1. Innovative content creation: Develops and produces innovative, high-quality content that aligns with the brand attitudes, values, and quality standards of Red Bull.
2. Executes productions from concept phase to final delivery, aligned with the defined holistic content strategy for that market.
3. Identifies and develops new story angles for existing projects, genres, and recurring content opportunities (Athlete Projects, Opinion Leaders, Events, Team Presentations, On Premise, Consumption Occasions, etc.).
4. Community building: Builds and maintains a network of companies, creative professionals, agencies, co-producers, and partners within the specific country; works with top production partners and talent in the local market to deliver state-of-the-art content from editorial to technical perspectives.
5. Media strategy: Cooperates with the international Red Bull TV Live producers when live events take place in the country; collaborates regularly with international Red Bull producers, ensuring full transparency regarding project status and timelines.
6. Budget control: Accountable for the budget control of projects and ensuring all productions are executed in line with the Red Bull Media House Production Management guidelines and requirements.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

1. Valuable experience as Producer or Executive Producer, with a proven track record for developing and executing world-class content for target audiences in the market.
2. 7+ years of overall media employment in TV production, commissioning, or similar, ideally in factual entertainment, documentary, live programs, or reality.
3. Most recent work experience preferably as a staff member of a major TV network or large production company, or uninterrupted freelance work for top-tier companies, executing multiple productions, budgets, and partners.
4. Familiarity with the regional and international content market including relationships within the local creative community.
5. A broad knowledge of all media production methods for creation and delivery is essential.
6. A positive, solution-oriented work attitude; excellent organization and communication skills.
7. University Degree level education (ideally in Communications, Journalism, Film Studies, or similar).
8. Fluency in English.
9. Willingness to travel 25%.
10. Permanent position.
