We are working on behalf of our well-established international client who is looking to hire an experienced and talented Tech recruiter in their Barcelona office. The Role:

We are looking for a high-performing contract-focused Recruitment Consultant to help meet client acquisition and revenue growth targets by delivering talent to new and existing clients. You will gain international work experience with regular training and personalized support. For the right person, there will be the opportunity to grow your business with a progressive and structured career path.

About You:

• You will have an established track record of 360 recruiting within the IT, Tech, or Digital markets, focused on contract/freelance positions.
• Experienced in business development and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Those who have exposure recruiting in France, Belgium, Netherlands, or the UK will have an advantage.
• Fluent in English & Dutch required.
• Must have EU right to work.
• Be confident, self-motivated, and determined.
• Articulate, money-motivated, and hungry for success.
• Great team player but also able to use your initiative to work independently.

Benefits:

• Starting salary between €26,000 - €38,000 DOE + generous commission scheme with fantastic earning potential.
