Job Description:

Are you a senior experienced in French Payroll? Do you want to join our client and be part of their international team in Barcelona? Or be based in their HQ in Paris? Your choice!

Your responsibilities and impact as a Senior HR and Payroll Specialist:

1. Work as part of the payroll team
2. Will report to the Senior Payroll specialists in France
3. Scalable scope of 1,500 to 2,000 payrolls
4. Responsible for the entire payroll process, from collection of variable data to the social declarations as well as the administrative aspects of social management from the employee’s entry and exit
5. Keeping a regulatory and legal watch on payroll
6. Preparing and drawing up monthly payrolls
7. Checking advance payments and variable elements
8. Checking payrolls in compliance with legislation
9. Checking internal payroll processes in coordination with operational, accounting
10. Controlling internal payroll processes in coordination with operational, accounting, HR and management managers
11. Providing advice and assistance to answer questions from employees
12. Assisting, where necessary, with the correction of anomalies in declarations.

1. You speak French and English fluently
2. You have a degree in Payroll/Accounting
3. You have at least 4 years of experience in payroll management or in a similar role (in an agency or company)
4. You are familiar with the basics of employment law and have a good command of payroll techniques
5. You are familiar with ADP Decidium software and have a very good command of IT and digital tools.
