Senior Graphic Designer

We are currently in search of a Senior Graphic Designer to work for a luxury real estate consultancy in Marbella. This role will work closely with the Marketing Director and team to design and deliver innovative marketing strategies for exciting new projects.

Requirements

1. Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication or equivalent.
2. Fluent in English and Spanish both written and spoken.
3. Minimum of 5 years’ experience ideally in the real estate sector.
4. Must be proactive and have the ability to work in a team or independently.
5. Highly organized and accustomed to working to deadlines.
6. Have an eye for fine detail from a written and visual perspective.
7. Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
8. Video editing and knowledge of After Effects and Premier are a bonus.
9. Must have a valid driving license and car as you will be required to travel to video and photo shoots.
10. Must have a portfolio or examples of previous work.
11. Willing to stay up to date with the latest marketing and design trends.
12. Must live within commuting distance of Marbella.

Responsibilities

1. Create designs and content for various marketing materials including dossiers, emails, landing pages, social media, events, presentations, reports, etc.
2. Implement innovative ideas to execute marketing plans.
3. Work closely to develop product positioning and communication materials to support go-to-market initiatives.
4. Monitor the budget allocated to each project.
5. Devise marketing materials to increase direct customer acquisition.

Package

Full contract with a salary of €28,000 to €30,000 gross plus annual bonus.
Hours: Monday to Thursday - 9.00-18.00, Friday - 9.00-15.00.
