Position Summary

You will play a crucial role in shaping the company’s visual identity across multiple platforms. You’ll be responsible for creating high-impact digital and print assets, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering compelling content for paid media campaigns, sales materials, and social media. A key part of this role will be ensuring that our data room materials are regularly updated with the latest branded assets, pitch decks, and investor-facing materials. We are looking for a multidisciplinary designer with strong graphic and video skills. Motion graphics experience would be a plus, but not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Media & Performance Marketing Design – Create scroll-stopping ad creatives for Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
2. Video Editing & Content Creation – Work on video content for ads, social media, and campaigns.
3. Brand Identity & Visual Storytelling – Maintain a strong, cohesive brand identity across all assets.
4. Data Room Management – Ensure our sales and investor materials are continuously updated and aligned with brand standards.
5. Social Media Graphics – Design assets for organic and paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
6. Print & Event Design – Create brochures, banners, exhibition materials, and promotional items.
7. Website & UI Graphics – Work with developers and the marketing team to design landing pages, UI elements, and web assets.
8. Creative Problem-Solving – Go beyond the brief and bring new, innovative ideas to the table.
9. Motion Graphics (Bonus Skill) – Experience in After Effects or similar tools is a plus.

What We’re Looking For

1. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects preferred).
2. Experience in Figma (UI/UX, web design).
3. Video editing skills – Comfortable working with short-form and long-form content for digital marketing.
4. Experience designing for Paid Media – Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and display ads.
5. Understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and modern design trends.
6. Self-starter mindset – Someone who can take ownership and run with creative ideas.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
8. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
9. Bonus: Experience with 3D design, animation, or AI-driven creative tools.
