The impact you'll make:

• As a Golang Engineer, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of different platforms and applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define new solutions.
• Develop new features for a large-scale software platform and applications;
• Keep the best practices and patterns in backend design and development;
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Technology stack:

• Backend: Golang (primary), with best practices in clean architecture and microservices.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS), Kubernetes, Docker.
• Event-Driven Architecture: Apache Kafka for real-time transaction processing.
• APIs & Networking: Envoy Proxy (RPC), RESTful / gRPC services.
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL (relational), NoSQL (for high-throughput data).
• CI / CD: Git, Jenkins, automated testing / deployment pipelines.

What you'll bring to us:

• 8 years of experience in Backend development.
• Working experience with Golang.
• Proven FinTech industry experience (digital banking, payments, fraud detection, or compliance systems).
• Experience in other languages is a nice to have.
• Proficiency in databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL).
• Experience in Continuous Integration and Delivery Tools: Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins.
• Familiarity with API creation and RESTful services.
• Excellent English communication skills.
