Senior Full Stack Developer (Java Backend-Focused)

Responsibilities:

1. Design, test, and maintain integration with Epic EHR applications using Java frameworks.
2. Build and enhance integrations between Epic and third-party systems to ensure smooth functionality and data flow.
3. Create effective, intuitive user interfaces tailored to healthcare professionals.
4. Partner with healthcare teams and key stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver custom solutions.
5. Diagnose and address technical issues in backend, frontend and virtual desktop environments.
6. Maintain thorough records of development workflows, code changes, and system configurations.
7. Provide technical assistance and training for end-users as needed.

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of Java development, with a strong focus on building server-side solutions.
2. Knowledge and experience with Microservices architecture.
3. Understanding of web technologies like HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
4. Practical experience with CRM integrations.
5. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have:

1. Experience with contact center solutions.
2. Experience working with Epic EHR systems, including APIs, development tools, and best practices.
