We’re looking for an Executive Talent Acquisition Partner ready to partner with Senior Glovo leadership and bring in top leaders from all over the globe! You’ll also work on strategic projects to improve and innovate on how we attract and recruit the best professionals.

You will:

1. Work closely with Glovo VPs and Senior Directors to shape the future of their teams.
2. Manage end-to-end recruiting including research, sourcing, candidate assessment & management, offer recommendation, negotiation & acceptance.
3. Manage hiring manager expectations and develop interview processes that lead to quality hires.
4. Improve upon existing programs and develop innovative strategy around finding top talent.
5. Utilize ATS reports, dashboards, and other tools to illustrate the recruiting pipeline and results.
6. Be passionate about Glovo and why people should work here.
7. Spread GlovoLOVE through attending networking events, e-meetups, etc.
8. Manage your pipeline of candidates and identify future opportunities they may fit for.

You have:

1. 4+ years of experience in Recruitment (and at least 1 year working within Executive Search).
2. History of collaborating successfully with senior managers and business leaders.
3. Experience working on a variety of roles/levels at an international level.
4. Solid understanding of Glovo’s vision, business model and operations.
5. Stellar networking skills and the ability to make smart recruiting partnerships happen.
6. Metrics oriented; you understand and value backing up recruiting goals and projections with existing data.
7. Fluency in English is a must.
