Position Summary
The Senior Director of Systems is accountable for the overall performance of our Casino Management Systems business in Europe. Working with local and global teams, they will define customer opportunities, deliver activities to secure new customers, and manage the teams that support existing customers.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that they build positive, trusted relationships with key team members and C-Suite decision makers and demonstrate a natural ability to help customer partners realize value and efficiency from their investment in L&W’s products and services.
Essential Job Functions
- End-to-end ownership of all customer activity for systems products within the European region.
- Create market-by-market strategies and plans to deliver new business opportunities.
- Identify and target new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to understand partners’ business challenges and objectives.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective networking, market research, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to each customer, presenting and demonstrating our solutions to key decision-makers.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure terms align with both client and company objectives.
- Develop and implement account plans to achieve long-term objectives.
- Identify, manage, and close opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
- Ensure all customers are aware of new products, features, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and regional support teams, to ensure client satisfaction and success.
- Indirect management of the customer services team (installation, helpdesk, customer project, and account management).
- Communication and collaboration with the Regional Leadership Team.
Qualifications
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Regular travel required to our offices in Nice (operational base for development and support teams) with occasional travel to Barcelona (regional head office) and Las Vegas (global head office).
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Experience:
- 7-10 years of technical sales experience in software and/or systems with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Understanding of casino operations and gaming technology is a significant benefit.

- Fluent in French and English – applicants will be rejected if they do not fulfill this requirement.
