Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Provide broad strategic guidance, analysis, and recommendations to the executive leadership team, while collaborating cross-functionally to drive business performance and innovation.
2. Manage the development and execution of the company's overall strategic plan, aligning business goals with market trends and opportunities.
3. Identify emerging industry trends and competitive landscapes to anticipate challenges and capitalize on growth areas.
4. Contribute to the definition, refinement, and communication of the company's strategic vision to internal and external stakeholders.
5. Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential growth markets, customer segments, and new business opportunities.
6. Assess the competitive landscape, including evaluating competitors' strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning.
7. Provide actionable insights based on market intelligence to guide strategic decisions.
8. Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, collaborations, and acquisitions that align with the company's strategic goals.
9. Identify opportunities for revenue diversification and expansion into new markets.
10. Contribute to the development of financial models and projections for strategic initiatives.
11. Evaluate the financial feasibility and potential risks associated with strategic projects.
12. Monitor and assess the financial performance of existing initiatives against strategic objectives.
13. Foster solid relationships and collaborate with various departments, including marketing, operations, finance, and technology, to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
14. Provide strategic guidance and insights to support the development of new products, services, and initiatives.
15. Act as an internal thought leader, sharing insights and recommendations through presentations, reports, and discussions.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

Required Experience:

2. Substantial experience in a senior strategic advisory role, ideally within a relevant industry.
3. Substantial experience in building complex financial models to evaluate the financial impact of strategic initiatives, investments, and business decisions.
4. Substantial experience in conducting comprehensive due diligence for potential mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships.
