We are looking for an ambitious, creative, and insightful digital marketing specialist who will develop, test, optimize and execute digital advertising on paid social platforms, search engines and programmatic marketing platforms.

The job

In this role, you will work with Universal Robots’ extended marketing family, executing both regional and global digital strategies. You will be responsible for analyzing and transforming performance data into actionable recommendations and securing implementation.

You will work on several projects at the same time, with various stakeholders and tools, sometimes under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

• Develop and implement online marketing strategies, such as SEO, PPC, email, and social media campaigns for the SEMEA & UK region.
• Design, implement and monitor digital lead generation campaigns.
• Create and manage engaging online content, such as blog articles, videos, graphics, and ads; and monitoring and analyzing their performance.
• Manage and grow the digital presence of the company or brand in various platforms for the region.
• Keep local versions of the website up to date throughout the region and manage our third-party digital marketing agencies on a regional level.
• Manage the monthly budget accordingly.

We are looking for an energetic and organized colleague, who is proactive, contributing with new ideas, tools and processes for continuous improvement. You have a passion for staying up to date with digital marketing trends and new technologies, and can make recommendations for how the company can stay ahead of the curve.

• Over 5 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 3 years in digital media buying (paid social, SEM, and programmatic marketing).
• Proficient with LinkedIn, META Ads, or other marketing platforms; agency experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Excellent analytical skills, creative digital concept development skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish and exceptional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of SEO.
• Creative and analytical mindset.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (French is a plus).
