Senior DevOps (ArgoCD, GitHub Action) Engineer (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters to handle production workloads, ensuring optimal scalability, performance, and security. Experience with Helm and ArgoCD in production environments is essential.
2. Develop, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform to automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and management.
3. Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable seamless, automated deployments using tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
4. Implement and maintain robust monitoring systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki to ensure the health, reliability, and performance of applications and systems.
5. Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, with a focus on AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, Lambda, and ElastiCache.
6. Apply best practices for security and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards, safeguarding sensitive data and infrastructure.
7. Collaborate closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in staging and production environments, improving overall system stability.
8. Lead efforts in incident troubleshooting, conduct thorough root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent future incidents.

Must-Have Skills:

1. 4+ years of experience in a DevOps Engineer role or a similar position.
2. Expertise in Kubernetes, with proven experience managing clusters in production environments.
3. Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
4. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
5. Solid experience with containerization technologies, including Docker.
6. Proficient in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Go.
7. Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.
8. Strong understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, VPNs, and Load Balancers.

Desirable Skills:

1. Certification in Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD) or AWS (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer).
2. Familiarity with other cloud services and tools such as Azure or GCP.
3. Experience with infrastructure monitoring and observability frameworks.
