Senior Demand Planner

The key purpose of this role is to drive improvements in Forecast Performance through excellence in operations of the affiliates forecast development and synergies and alignment in statistical production processes. Being part of the S&OP cycle for NX Pharmaceutical.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demand Planning technical focal point at global level, centralizing all affiliate demand in NX Pharmaceuticals.
• Act as Demand Planning focal point for B2B and B2C international business for own production and CMO demand in NX Pharmaceuticals.
• Ensure that all the account managers participate in the forecast cycle updating demand on a monthly basis with a 24 / 36 months’ time horizon.
• Support account managers and analyze deviations with previous cycle demand to identify gaps or changes that cause deviations in the BU.
• Global vision and performance analysis for distributors forecast in NX Pharmaceutical.
• Lead S&OP consensus demand signing off forecast on a monthly basis.
• Support supply/demand planners in signing off forecast by customers provided on a monthly basis through S&OP consensus demand.
• Work closely with CMO supply planner specialists and PMOs to ensure accurate forecasts are submitted monthly, supporting effective cross-functional business communication and enterprise-first decision making, and analyzing OOS risks, inventory coverages, gaps, and projections.
• Establish and build an effective centralized forecast support for International business.
• Prepare monthly forecast accuracy and performance outlook information and Quarterly medium-term outlook for S&OP demand review.
