Job Description:
We’re looking for a talented Contract Manager to join our CTO2 Allianz Partners team. In this role, you’ll manage customer and supplier Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and ensure smooth operations across key outsourcing partnerships. You’ll be part of a global team, supporting our delivery organization and collaborating across multiple Allianz Technology branches.

What will make you succeed in this position?
- 3-5 years of experience
- Operational contract management, procurement, controlling, legal background is a plus
- Experience in a similar role at least 5 years
- Excellent communication skills, analytical, attention to detail
- Autonomous, curious, dynamic candidate
Your mission in the role will be:
- Develop expertise in Customer MSA Contract as well as Supplier MSA Contract as part of customer outsourced scope.
- Identify compliance gaps and propose joint solutions based on customer and supplier requirements.
- Manage and track MSA Change requests.
- Identify simplification potential of the MSA and ensure the alignment with ITSOA compliance.
- Establish and apply supplier contract checklist assessments.
- Act as the customer point of contact for contract-related queries.
- Serve as an internal contract advisor for internal stakeholders.
- Consolidate local procurement guidelines in applicable locations.
- Optimize the 3rd party contracts portfolio.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and anticipate new contracts and extensions.
