Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Data Scientist at Proqio. The Data Scientist will be responsible for tasks such as data science, statistics, data analytics, and data analysis to extract meaningful insights from complex infrastructure data.

What We’re Looking For

1. Core Programming & Libraries
2. Python: Proficient in Python with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib / Seaborn and Streamlit (3 years) (mandatory)
3. Deep Learning: Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras (1 year)
4. Forecast: Proficient with libraries like skforecast, statsmodels, pmdarima, xgboost (3 years) (mandatory)
5. Generative AI & NLP
6. LLM & Transformers: Fine-tuning and prompt engineering using Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI GPT APIs, BERT (1 year) (mandatory)
7. Agents: LangChain, LangGraph, llama Index (1 year) (mandatory)
8. Generative Models: Familiarity with GANs, diffusion models, or VAEs (1 year)
9. Algorithms & Statistical Analysis
10. Supervised / unsupervised learning, model optimization, hypothesis testing (3 years) (mandatory)
11. Data Engineering
12. Data wrangling, ETL processes, and proficiency with SQL / NoSQL databases (2 years) (mandatory)
13. Cloud Platforms
14. AWS, GCP, or Azure for scalable solutions. Preferably AWS (2 years) (mandatory)
15. DevOps Tools
16. Docker, Kubernetes, CI / CD pipelines for model deployment and monitoring. Preferably GitHub Actions (2 years)
