Senior Digital Account Manager

Bucksense is looking for a highly passionate, curious, and driven SENIOR DIGITAL ACCOUNT MANAGER in charge of day-to-day relations with our existing customer portfolio and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in a client-facing Account Management role within digital advertising.
- Proven track record in client relationship management.
- Experience with Paid Media Strategy execution and providing recommendations on paid platforms (Google Ads: Search, PMAX, Demand Gen & Display, Meta Paid Ads).
- Experience working with paid media buyers and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet client briefs (design, developers).
- Good knowledge of performance metrics, reporting, interpreting data, and presenting this to clients.
- Demonstrated experience in providing in-depth data analysis on digital advertising campaign performance.
- Experience making digital advertising campaign optimization recommendations, based on detailed campaign performance analysis.
- Experience with budget planning.
Qualifications:
- BS / MS degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably working for a marketing agency (this will be a PLUS).
- Experience in the travel industry (this is a PLUS).
- Solid understanding and expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, and YouTube.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work in high-pressure environments and with cross-functional teams.
