Senior Business Analyst / Coordinator Genai - Full Remote

For an international project in Budapest, we are urgently looking for a Full remote Senior Business Analyst/Coordinator GenAI.

The Senior Business Analyst/Coordinator GenAI will manage, analyse and support GenAI use cases/requests globally. EU candidates are welcome to apply and be based in Europe.

Work permit is not provided. This position is long-term.

Candidates need to be fluent in English.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Business analysis;
2. Interviews/meetings with business partners and use case definition;
3. Manage the request tracker and reporting/dashboards, following up;
4. Input to the workflows/process of managing GenAI requests;
5. Support business partners in prompt engineering and how to best use AI including documentation and user training resources;
6. Identification of users and documentation of 'to be process' flows for AI requests;
7. Support the core team in implementation of AI Proof-of-Concept sites/bots, communications etc.;
8. Progress reporting on a regular basis as required;

Profile:

1. University degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology or a related field;
2. 5-8 years of IT work experience;
3. 3 years as a business analyst;
4. Previous experience working as a business analyst involving AI, text/data analytics projects in the workplace;
5. Familiar with generative AI;
6. Experience with Python and UX/UI is an advantage;
7. Familiar with formal IT project management best practices (PRINCE2, PMBOK) and experience with Agile methodologies;
8. Experience with working in a multi-cultural environment;

Essential Skills:

1. Experience in business analysis, ideally related to AI, text/data analytics;
2. Excellent organizational skills, reporting and documenting;
3. Excellent interpersonal skills;
4. Fluent in English;
