What we expect

As an Audit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our audit team, focusing on financial and fraud audits. In this position, you will report to the Teamlead of Financial Audits & Fraud Investigations and support the implementation and continuous improvement of our financial audits as well our fraud risk management program.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead, plan, and conduct financial audits and fraud investigations, ensuring they are completed timely and in accordance with professional standards.
2. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of audit plans.
3. Analyze financial data and systems for accuracy, legality, and compliance with regulations.
4. Identify and assess areas of significant business risk and fraud potential.
5. Utilize data analytics tools to provide opinions on mass data.
6. Prepare detailed reports on audit findings in English and present these to management.
7. Recommend improvements to internal controls and fraud risk management processes.
8. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in auditing standards and financial regulations.
9. Travel to Group companies to conduct on-site audits or investigations.

Who we are looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree or CPA (or other professional certification) are preferred.
2. 3 - 5 years of audit experience. Experience in financial or fraud auditing is an advantage.
3. Proven experience in conducting and managing audits and investigations.
4. Strong knowledge of auditing and accounting standards (esp. IFRS), laws, and regulations.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Proven experience with data analytics tools (e.g. KNIME).
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
8. Exceptional written and verbal communication in English.
9. Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.
10. Additional experience in controlling / accounting is beneficial.
