Senior Accountant

At Robert Walter we are managing a position as Senior Accountant for a tech company with offices in Cornellà de Llobregat. Do you have at least 5 years of experience in accounting at a fast growing organization? Looking for a new challenge? Do not hesitate to keep reading.

Tasks:

1. Design and improve existing accounting and financial processes and tools.
2. Manage financial records and lead the bookkeeping in different group entities, including consolidated financial statements.
3. Prepare annual reports under Spanish GAAP and IFRS.
4. Manage and improve internal and external financial reporting.
5. Responsible for the accounting of inventory management and other relevant areas.
6. Lead complex accounting matters.
7. Optimize the group’s tax processes.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business, Accounting or related field.
2. At least 5 years of proven experience. Previous experience at a Big4 would be a plus.
3. Good knowledge of Spanish GAAP and IFRS.
4. Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
