We are on the lookout for a passionate and forward-thinking Senior Account Manager to bolster our rapidly growing automotive OEM/OES segment in Spain.
Ideally based in Madrid or in the North of Spain #remote, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating our sales and enhancing profitability.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Develop and execute strategic activity plans aligned with segment strategies to identify new opportunities and manage sales pipelines.
- Leading innovative projects to achieve and exceed annual budget targets.
- Support the deployment of the Key Account plan.
- Interact with the local sales team and the Automotive Sales Manager based in Italy.
Main Functions:
- Utilize your expertise to provide fact-based insights that enhance our marketing mix and complement the technology/product pipeline.
- Build and foster strong relationships with customers and local decision-makers of Regional Key Account (RKA).
- Manage all tesa resources and competencies to contribute to the success of the projects.
- Consider multiple dimensions to build a power offer: innovative products, advanced technologies, services, and automation (process integration).
- Build a robust network within tesa, including R&D, Marketing, Customer Solution Centers (focused on testing and automation solutions), and other critical functions.
- Manage complex listings, pricing, and contract negotiations with agility and precision.
Successful candidates will have:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Sales (preferably in Automotive and/or tapes industry).
- High interest and knowledge in advanced technical applications: tapes in automotive sector.
- Fluent Spanish and English. Knowledge of Portuguese can be a plus.
- Strong customer and results orientation with a passion for building long-term partnerships.
- Talented networker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Teamwork abilities at various levels of an organization.
- Working autonomously while proactively seeking support when needed.
- Easily adapting to change and ambiguity.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and deliver results effectively in fast-paced environments.
