Join a rapidly expanding global leader in precision technology! Remote People, in collaboration with a top innovator in high-precision GNSS solutions, is looking for a results-oriented Technical Support Engineer to be part of their dynamic team in Spain.

Our client is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge positioning and timing solutions for precision agriculture, construction, and land surveying industries. With a commitment to innovation and growth, they’re transforming how professionals operate across various sectors.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that partners, resellers, and clients receive comprehensive training on our precision agriculture solutions. You’ll be the go-to expert for technical support, enabling users to demonstrate, install, and utilize products effectively.

Main Responsibilities :

  1. Ensure successful onboarding of new partners, focusing on both hardware and software aspects.
  2. Provide timely technical support and training through various channels - email, phone, web conference, and in person.
  3. Foster strong relationships with resellers and clients, managing their product updates and technical inquiries.
  4. Conduct problem analysis to resolve product-related issues, including follow-up, testing, troubleshooting, and identifying potential enhancements.
  5. Support sales functions as a technical consultant for agriculture machinery applications.
  6. Develop and update training materials to enhance user understanding.

Requirements :

  1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably related to agriculture machinery applications.
  2. 1-5 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or technical training within agriculture machinery.
  3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  4. Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) is essential.
  5. Excellent presentation and public speaking skills, including training and technical demonstrations.
  6. Comfortable learning new computer applications.

Location : Remote within Spain (with the possibility of future office expansions)

Travel Requirements : This position includes occasional travel across Spain for client visits, trade shows, and strategic account meetings.
