We're looking for a talented and experienced Senior AI Engineer to grow and scale all our AI systems and build the next generation of AI feedback.

Who are we? MagicFeedback is a fast-growing startup that's building the next generation of customer feedback tools. We help businesses of all sizes collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback to improve their products, services, and customer experience. Our team is distributed between Denmark in beautiful Copenhagen, and Spain in sunny Barcelona.

Duties and Responsibilities

• NLP Development: Design, develop, and implement advanced NLP models for tasks such as sentiment analysis, topic extraction, entity recognition, and text summarization.
• Prompt Engineering: Craft and optimize prompts for large language models (LLMs) to achieve desired outputs and improve the accuracy and relevance of generated content.
• Clustering & Segmentation: Apply clustering algorithms to identify patterns and segment customer feedback data, revealing hidden insights and trends.
• Model Fine-Tuning: Fine-tune pre-trained language models on domain-specific datasets to enhance performance and adapt them to unique business needs.
• AI Assistant and Agent Development: Design, build, and deploy AI assistants and agents that automate tasks, provide personalized support, and enhance user experience.
• Python Development: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code for data processing, model training, and deployment.
• Data Analysis & Visualization: Analyze large datasets of text data to identify trends and patterns, and present findings using data visualization techniques.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying NLP models in a professional setting.
• Strong proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering for LLMs (e.g., GPT-3, Gemini, etc.).
• Solid understanding of clustering algorithms and their application in data analysis.
• Experience in fine-tuning pre-trained language models for specific tasks.
• Familiarity with SQL / NoSQL databases.
