About the role :

This is a special and super important role for us: we are looking for an engineer with a deep interest in security to help us build new detection methods, monitor threats as they happen, and analyze our massive amount of data on script behaviors to prevent client-side attacks for our customers.

What you will do :

• Monitor attacks globally using our extensive data and numerous websites.
• Develop detection methods for new attack methods, utilizing existing attributes where possible.
• Review existing in-house detections to refine and narrow down on significant findings.
• Proactively define detections for malicious client-side behaviors and review against script data.
• Use and build internal tools to detect previously unseen attacks.

About you :

• You enjoy the challenge of a cat-and-mouse game.
• You are motivated by the opportunity to stop bad actors from impacting unsuspecting individuals.
• You have a hobby project focused on the gap between client-side JS specifications and JS engine construction.
• You have experience with LLMs and are eager to utilize AI in security detections.
• You have participated in capture the flag events or engage in white hat hacking or bug bounties.
• You are self-managing and aim to disrupt the client-side (and web) security market.
• You have at least 3-5 years of prior work experience.
