MUSIC SALES & MARKETING MANAGER 2025 for iconic Electronic Music Label.
The MSMM we are looking for must value with great care and professionalism our extensive musical catalog created over the last 30 years.
Our future Marketing Business Partner should also have a rough idea of all the expenses we have paid to contracted recording studios, singers, artists, sound engineers, advertising, graphic designers, distributors, Vinyl & CDs manufacturers and many trips around the world, just to find our current contacts in the music industry and 'Club Culture'.

Overview
- Define and lead digital marketing strategy for releases, artists and the brand across all digital spaces.
- Continuously evaluate effectiveness of digital campaigns and activity.
- Collaborate and build day-to-day working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellence and integration of digital strategy.
Deliver ground-breaking digital activations
- Establish and maintain relationships with key partner accounts (including Spotify, Beatport, Google, Soundcloud, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok).
- Find new streaming platforms or online radios with a large number of followers, to promote our DJs and Artists.
- Drive online innovations to position artists and ITCHYCOO RECORDS as industry leaders.
- Lead the day-to-day implementation of campaigns.
Commission and oversee digital tools and content.
Work seamlessly across both the digital team and the artist label marketing team.
Experience and personal characteristics :
- Electronic Music 'LOVER' in all sub-genres from Chill Out, Funky House, Soulful, UK Garage, NU Disco, 'HOUSE MUSIC', Deep House, Tech House, Progressive House, Leftfield House, TECHNO, TRANCE, D&B, EDM, Break-Beats, 80s - 90s Dance Music Classics.
- At least 2 years experience in digital marketing, ideally in the electronic music industry : record label, entertainment brand or service.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritise and organise a varied and full workload.
- Ability to work under pressure in a changing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to negotiate with and influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Innovative and creative thinking with the ability to share ideas, vision and plans with clarity to the wider team.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication – written and verbal.
Highly motivated, constantly creative and curious
Knowledge of digital technologies and marketing and interest in future developments.
