What is it like to be a Facilities and Investments Manager at DHV Technology?

As a Facilities and Investments Manager at DHV Technology, you will lead and develop the team responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of our facilities and industrial equipment. You will play a key role in implementing innovative and sustainable maintenance strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations and international standards. Additionally, you will oversee investment planning for infrastructure, machinery, and technological upgrades, aligning with the company's long-term strategic objectives. Main Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Planning and Management: Design, supervise, and optimize preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans for critical machinery and facilities.
• Investment and Infrastructure Management: Lead the evaluation, planning, and execution of investments in new equipment, facility improvements, and technological upgrades to support operational efficiency and business growth.
• Team and Equipment Supervision: Ensure the quality, precision, and availability of technical equipment, resolving technical issues and coordinating repairs.
• Resource Management: Manage the department's budget, ensuring the availability of spare parts and essential consumables.
• Regulatory and Quality Compliance: Ensure that all activities comply with international standards such as ECSS, ISO 9001, AS9100, among others.
• Leadership and Team Development: Coordinate and train the technical team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and workplace safety.
• Sustainability and Environmental Regulations: Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and proper waste management.

Job Requirements:

• Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (Electronics, Mechanics, Aerospace, or a related field). A Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Maintenance is desirable.
• Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in similar positions, ideally between 5 and 10 years, preferably in the aerospace or industrial sector.
• Languages: Advanced English proficiency (C1), spoken and written.
• Skills and Competencies:

• Strong organizational skills and results-oriented mindset.
• Proactivity and critical thinking to identify improvements.
