Job Overview
The International School of Madrid is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Secondary teacher of HISTORY (KS4, IGCSE) and SOCIOLOGY (KS5, A-Level) to join a family-owned, caring school in the heart of Madrid. We have a loyal, welcoming staff and an ethos built around not only academic excellence but also nurturing the growth of the whole individual.

The successful applicant for the teaching post will:

1. Have a teaching qualification that is recognised in UK schools (such as a PGCE);
2. Have recent experience in a UK school or an overseas school following the British Curriculum;
3. Be a fluent English speaker;
4. Hold either an EU passport or have the right to live and work in Spain;
5. Have a love of learning and passion for education.
